Rural Vibes provides rural communities with great tools to assess the individual perceptions of members or community groups in rural areas. Collectively these can form an overall picture of how your community views itself.
This web site provides everything needed to measure rural vibrancy. The more people who complete the on-line or paper questionnaire (it only takes a couple of minutes and it is great fun) the better the overview of what people think is good and what they feel can be improved. This can be used a great discussion starter for planning projects, events and setting up new alliances to make things happen.
This tool is available to any organisation or community group. If you want to give it a go sign up here.
If you run a community group or organisation you can complete a group self-assessment tool to see how you are doing. This tool allows more than one group to participate so you can do this together – the idea is that there always something to learn from each other.
Rural Vibes has been developed by a European partnership, passionate to assist rural communities and business to work together and make rural areas vibrant. It is an initiative of the Rural Alliances Project, which is co-funded by Interreg IVB North West Europe Programme.
